NADA is the basic protocol of points in the ear for addiction therapy and stress reduction set by the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. These help in cutting cravings for tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and also “sweets/sugary treats”.
For these treatments, we recommend that you come in at least 2-3 times a week for 2-3 months.
No other conditions will be treated during NADA sessions, but NADA treatment can be included as part of either Community, Table, or PLUS acupuncture sessions.
